1. Work
1.1 Work place Survival
First, i would like to announce that my boss is actually asked to leave the company already.
This tradegy happened on a faithful Friday 12 jun 09. As usual i headed to office at 9 am.
Instead of being greeted by my boss's "Good Morning" i was greeted by a cold n intense
situation. Boss aka K = my direct superior = Senior HR exe in charge of training dept.
I joined the company as a HR admin temp. Doing data entry, scanning records blah blah
1 month later came this girl aka V = HR asst = work under my boss
Boss had hard time working with her, always finding difficulties to communicate in a nice
manner. She tends to push blame to anyone n everyone except herself. The way she speak
is defiant, not becuz she is itterally rude but rude in the hypocritical way. Anyway, they
build up tension between themselves as time goes by.
1 month after our beloved V joined the company, a new HR manager aka N = my boss's
boss. Everything was going fine. Till a day we realised V was having private meeting with
N. Next thing we know was that they were regular lunch buddies already.
So our beloved V becomes more defiant not addrressing K in emails. Giving stuck up face.
Main incident came this morning my boss was called into N office. Doors closed. Screamed!
Blamed for bullying V blamed for causing trouble. Blamed for everything. Her access to HR
shared folder was removed till read only. while 2 other subordinates has full access. What is
that suppose to mean man. First, N did not clarify the issue with K herself. Only listening to
biased opinion. During the screaming session no chance was given to K to defend herself.
N told K tat frm then onwards V n another girl shud report to N directly. K is to go on leave
till further notice. Before lunch, K moved a file to the company harddisk. i believe V found
out, report to N. N gt so uptight, came shouting at K demand her PC to be locked then.
Gave no dignity n respect at all. To conclude, office has loads of asscheeks thinking bitches.
Now they are bitching about me becuz i am in good terms with K. They believe that i would
act in K instruction to destroy documents and cant be trusted. I believe i will be get rid of
soon. Anyway staying there will onli make my life more miserable looking at asscheeksbitch

1.2 Casino
I've signed the contract with Resort World @ Sentosa. Will be starting on the 24 Aug.
Leaving SG on 26 Aug for Philipines for training. Will be back in SG on 18 Nov. I hope i
have no regrets. Only issue is ah bao. Hope he gets a offer as well. Den no issue le. But
just wish him bright n successful future ba. Went for MBS letter of intent session today.
Rather useless i should say. Pay package not review. Training allowence $1000. Being away
from home 3 months, my greatest fear is grandma passing away while im not around. That
is the last thing i want to happen. Everyone out there take good care okay? i will miss each
and everyone of u loads. In conjunction with the overseas trip, i chionged to PC show last
sunday. first intention was itouch. to be able to go online with its small device. Anyway was
there and itouch no wifi = useless, next on list iphone friend says sucks, expensive.
Friend suggested blackberry, aunt agreed. We went up n check it out. Got a BB storm!
Keep in touch guys. Feel free to make my day better while im away by dropping emails k.

2 Life
live has been rather normal. Meeting Bao on n off to smoke n chat. Movies, balled, drink.
Drank at this pub at some industrial area at batok, amazingly that kinda ulu sami place got
ppl. Quite a good place for us. first its near, next is affordable lastly the crowd aint that bad too
I've upgraded into auntie. Able to drink at coffeeshop. what a life.
Should be heading to o bar this friday for stevens bday. He'll be drunk i confirm. its been a
month since my last entry. Gotta go there squeeze n sweat again.

To sum up, im kinda stress up with major career crossroads ahead. Lack of vitamin M.
